My name is Lorraine Bossė-Smith, Founder of the FIT Leader Formula™, and I have been in the talent management and leadership development business for over 20 years. I transform lives through consulting and coaching, speaking and training, and writing. Back in my corporate America days, I broke records for reaching the management level in a male-dominated industry, but I paid the price. Working 80 hours a week and an abusive relationship brought me to my knees, and my mother’s death was the straw that broke the camel’s back. In 1996 I lost just about everything and almost didn’t live to tell about it. My life was completely out of control, and I knew I had to find a better way.
My journey of learning and discovering ways to lessen stress and create a healthier life became my business and is still my passion today: to improve the quality of your life.

Whether I am speaking, training, coaching, consulting, or authoring books, I help people succeed both professionally and personally. We can no longer separate them. I believe what happens at work comes home, and our personal stress impacts our ability to perform at our best. The notion of work/life balance seems impossible to some, but it IS possible when we clearly define what matters most to us and how we want OUR life to look like.
